原公司名稱：江西華源新材料股份有限公司
新公司名稱：江西華源新材料集團股份有限公司
本次公司名稱變更僅涉及名稱調整，統一社會信用代碼保持不變，不改變公司原有業務范圍、注冊資本、股權結構及法定代表人等核心信息。不影響我公司原有業務范圍、債權債務、合作權益及各項法律義務。變更后，我公司原有的全部業務、合同約定、合作承諾、權利義務均由新公司名稱承繼，原公司簽訂的各類合同、協議繼續有效，無需另行簽訂補充協議。
此次名稱變更給各客戶、合作單位及相關方帶來的不便，我們深表歉意，懇請諒解。我公司將繼續秉持誠信經營、互利共贏的理念，一如既往地提供優質的產品與服務，期待與各方繼續深化合作，共促發展！

Announcement of Company Name Change
We extend our sincere gratitude to all sectors of society for your long-standing trust, support, and close cooperation. We hereby express our most heartfelt thanks!
To align with the Company’s strategic development plan, we have completed the company name change and the corresponding industrial and commercial registration formalities in accordance with the law. Effective April 28, 2026, our company name is officially changed as follows:
Previous Name: Jiangxi Huayuan New Material Co., Ltd.
New Name: Jiangxi Huayuan New Material Group Co., Ltd.
This name change involves only an adjustment to the company name. The Unified Social Credit Code remains unchanged. There is no change to the Company’s original business scope, registered capital, equity structure, legal representative, or other core information. The name change does not affect the Company’s existing business scope, creditor’s rights and debts, cooperative rights and interests, or any legal obligations. After the change, all existing business, contractual agreements, cooperative commitments, and rights and obligations of the original company shall be succeeded by the new company name. All contracts and agreements signed under the original company name remain valid, and no supplemental agreements are required.
We deeply regret any inconvenience this name change may cause to our customers, partners, and other related parties, and we sincerely ask for your understanding.
